HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
$9.95 flat rate for regular shipping in Australia. Free shipping on all orders over $149.95 in Australia. We charge a $30 flat rate for all international shipping.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Yes we ship to P.O. boxes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please allow between 2-5 business days for delivery in Australia and 7-21 days for International. When your order ships you will receive an email containing the tracking number and information required to check the status of your order. Please keep this information for reference until your order arrives. If you have received notification from the courier company that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first calling them directly to investigate further.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Payment and knowledges of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and The Stash House cannot be held responsible for any additional charges your order may incur.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
We only offer refunds if an item is damaged or faulty. If you happen to change your mind about an item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for store credit only. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE IN YOUR RETAIL STORES?
Items purchased through our online store can only be returned through our online store, we cannot refund or exchange these items in any of our retail stores.
We do not offer returns on certain types of sales such as Mystery Box deals. These sales are final as they are often from end of season stock & we do not have replacement stock for exchange.
CAN I GET A SIZE EXCHANGE?
We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please get in touch with us before sending back an exchange so we can ensure we have the correct size in stock for you. Please note that we do our best to offer size charts and recommended fits for you, always check these before ordering a product as it might save you the trouble of having to send it back.

DIDN’T RECEIVE ALL YOUR ITEMS?
If you didn’t receive all the items you ordered or you received the wrong items, please send an email to service@thestashhouse.com.au with some details about the issue and a customer service representative will assist you in resolving this matter.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
While we do our best to examine all items before we ship them, there is the possibility there was an error, or perhaps the courier has caused some damage along the way. We are pretty flexible and do our best to look after you but it's always a case of common sense. If, for example, you trash some shoes skating in them - it's most likely to be considered normal wear and tear and we cannot replace your item. If, however, you get some shoes and the bottom falls off in the first few days while walking around the house - that sounds like a faulty item to us and we will happily replace them for you.
